Platform Rules
1. Account Rules
1.1Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.
1.2Account sharing is prohibited. Each account must be used by the registered owner only.
1.3Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
2. Mining Rules
2.1Mining rewards are calculated based on actual mining time. Manipulation of mining timer is prohibited.
2.2Claims can be made every hour. Unclaimed rewards accumulate up to 24 hours maximum.
2.3Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to mine or claim rewards is strictly forbidden.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1Minimum deposit is 5 USDT. Minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT.
3.2Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after admin approval.
3.3Users must have completed at least one deposit before requesting withdrawal.
3.4Account must be at least 5 days old to withdraw.
3.5VIP 2 level is required for withdrawal (minimum 10 USDT total deposit).
4. Referral Rules
4.1Referral bonus is 0.5 USDT per successful referral + 0.01 USDT/hour mining bonus.
4.2Self-referral (creating multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.
4.3Referral bonus is credited instantly when referred user completes registration.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs in the platform.
5.2Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior towards other users or support team.
5.3Attempting to manipulate mining rates or balances.
5.4Using the platform for any illegal activities.
6. Penalties
6.1Violation of rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
6.2Any fraudulent earnings will be deducted from user balance.
6.3Hashio reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice.
